This policy explains what personal data Fit and More Pro collects through https://fitandmorepro.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and order details, received from our checkout partner. Card details are handled only by the checkout partner and never reach us.
- When you sign up for the free guide: your email address, optional first name, language and the time you gave consent.
- When you use your library: sign-in times and download history (date, IP address, browser) to protect your account and our files.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited and how you arrived, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchases and give you access to your library.
- To send the free guide and, if you agreed, occasional tips and offers.
- To answer your questions and resolve order problems.
- To understand which pages and ads work, using our own cookie-free statistics (a hashed, daily-changing visitor code; no stored IP address) and, if you accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the store: our checkout partner (payments), our email provider (MailerLite), our web host, and analytics providers if you accepted cookies. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner.
Your choices
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@fitandmorepro.com. We keep order records as required for accounting.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires. Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
