Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from Fit and More Pro (“we”, “us”), operated by Fit and More Pro, Lebanon. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

Our products are digital files (such as PDF programs, guides and spreadsheets) delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what is included.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by our checkout partner, which acts as the merchant of record or payment processor and may add taxes required in your country. We never receive or store your card details.

3. Delivery and access

After payment you receive an email with a link to your library, where you can download your files. You can sign in again anytime with the email used at checkout. To prevent abuse, each file has a generous download limit; contact us if you need more.

4. Licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not share, resell, republish or distribute the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains our intellectual property.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. See our refund policy for what we do if something goes wrong.

6. Health

Our products are general fitness education, not medical advice. Please read our health disclaimer before starting any program.

7. Results

Results depend on many factors, including consistency, starting point, sleep, nutrition and health. We do not guarantee any specific result.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
