Refund policy

All sales are final

Our products are digital and available to download as soon as you pay. Because you get immediate access, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order is complete. Please read the product page carefully before you buy.

If something goes wrong

We will always help with real problems. Email hello@fitandmorepro.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number, if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• you cannot access or download your files, or a file is corrupted or missing; or
• you bought the wrong language version by mistake and have not downloaded it.

We will fix the problem, replace the file, or correct the charge. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. If an order is reversed or refunded by the payment provider, access to that product is removed from your library and you agree to delete any copies you downloaded.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
